When I work with a client, I try to get them to think of me not just as their home inspector, but as their home consultant for life. I want to be a resource they can always turn to. In addition, I have nearly 20 years experience inspecting homes as founder and owner of a property damage restoration service licensed in the state of Arkansas. I have trained under the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) for water damage mitigation and full-line post-fire property restoration and deodorization. I’ve worked on historic homes, new construction, larger and smaller homes, rural and urban properties, and even log homes. My background includes inspection and repair estimates for post-disaster property insurance claims, working with municipal code inspectors, and acting as liaison between homeowners and their insurers to coordinate plans and repairs to make the homeowner’s house a home again.
